The Single and Studio editions are valid for one domain. As you can compare here, Studio provides additional features such as Blocks, Instagram modules and more. The Business edition includes all the features of Studio, but with additional licenses for multiple domains. You can upgrade from Single to Studio or Business at any time.
Due to the nature of our product, we’re currently unable to offer a refund. You’re buying Semplice as is, so be sure to check the requirements for WordPress before you purchase. If you're unsure, reach out to help@semplice.com.
Yes! Semplice is built on top of WordPress, which gives you access to all files and code. That means you're free to modify it as much as you want.
We do not currently offer a subscription service. The beauty of Semplice is that you pay once and it's yours forever.
We wish, but that would ruin us as a company. We do provide critical updates and bug fixes for the latest versions of our products. We might also create new products for purchase, but we promise these will always be optional. We’ll never force you to pay or upgrade if you don't want to.
Unfortunately, Semplice is not compatible with multi-language plugins such as WPML or Polylang at the moment.
Semplice is self-hosted, meaning you choose your hosting and have complete control over it outside Semplice. We highly recommend Flywheel hosting. Not only does it work beautifully with Semplice, but they'll install everything for you so you can jump right in and get to work on your portfolio. Learn more about Flywheel x Semplice here.
No! You do NOT need to pay for Wordpress to use Semplice. Wordpress.org (not to be confused with Wordpress.com, their hosting service) is free. You can install Semplice for free on Wordpress.org without a Wordpress Business subscription.
We’re not providing direct support at this time; that's the only that way we can keep prices low and offer Semplice as a one-time-payment product. However, we do provide you with free critical updates and access to our Helpdesk. And of course we’ll always do our best to ensure you’re happy using Semplice.
